Claire wants to support a local homeless hostel and the residents of their 33 bedrooms. As a break from pasta and soups, and to create a moment to bring them all together, Claire is putting on a huge roast dinner with meat, veg and cakes - to give them an experience to rival Christmas, albeit on a random Sunday soon.
