Tai recognises that the music industry in the UK is tough to succeed in, especially if you don't have a network to support you. Many people spend long hours working alone, chasing placements and industry recognition, but rarely have spaces where they can connect, collaborate, and talk openly about their challenges—especially around mental well-being. He's spending $500 to amplify his work mentoring and offering free pop up sessions for the community to come together and create.
