Sonia wants to support women experiencing perimenopause. Especially those with neurodivergence, for whom the symptoms and coping mechanisms can vary greatly. To do this, she is spending the $500 to complete a course on the subject, in order to pay forward our gift to her in the form of free session and group workshops over the coming year.
