Emanuel, or 'Boo' to friends, is a community superhero in Louisiana with an amazing track record of civic engagement and activism. With $500 he's helping 50 students as they transition from school to adult life, by hiring a photographer to take their professional headshots. Each sitting an opportunity for him to share some advice and encouragement, as well as a nudge for them to pay it forward however they can.
