A speaker, community strategist, and founder of Found & Flourish, Lara has spent years supporting purpose-driven founders to build sustainable businesses without burning out. Using the $500, Lara will hire out her local community centre, complete with a bouncy castle and entertainer, and invite the whole neighbourhood to bring their kids for an afternoon of joy, connection, and old-fashioned play.
