Collins is empowering unemployed youth in Ghana through creative training. A bead designer and teacher, Collins runs Ndenwure Beading Training Center - a community focused on helping young people discover skills, confidence and future career paths through hands-on craft. Recognising the lack of opportunities for many unemployed learners, he is using his expertise to teach beading as both an art form and a source of income. With $500, Collins will train and mentor at least 10 young people between August and December 2026, providing them with practical skills, guidance and a pathway toward self-sufficiency. His idea is rooted in long-term impact - equipping participants not just with knowledge, but with the ability to build a livelihood and pass those skills on within their community.
