Georgie describes herself as someone who does lots of things, currently working as a narrowboat welder and “living my best Flashdance life.” With the $500, she wants to spread small moments of kindness by hiding 250 postcards in shops, community centres and unexpected places for people to discover. Each postcard will carry a loving message, words of encouragement, and a little of Georgie’s own story, alongside links to places people can reach out for support if they need it. Every card will also include a blank postcard and a simple mission: send it to someone you love, or post it back to Drop Dead Generous with a story of human kindness you’ve experienced. Georgie hopes these small, hidden messages will spark connection, comfort someone who needs it, and keep a chain of kindness travelling far beyond where the postcards are first found.
